The following represent offenses and their recommended consequence in the eyes of the law:
1.Assault: Inflicting unlawful harm on another within the realm of Atas’Cosita. Lawful instances of violence are limited to Observed Spars.
A.Legal Consequence: Three (3) days served
B.Bail: Yes
C.Special Circumstances: Assaults against an Officer, Guild Head, or Royal Guard are considered especially heinous and the option of bail is removed. See Treason for Assaults against Royalty.
2.Treason: Willfully conspiring or committing acts against the Kingdom of Atas’Cosita
A.Legal Consequence: Imprisonment until a Tribunal can be convened with possibility of summary execution.
B.Bail: No
C.Special Circumstances: A tribunal requires the presence of the following person(s): The ACSF Commander or delegated SubCommander, Two Guild Heads, and one representative from the Royal Family which can be delegated to a representative.
3.Theft: Taking that which one does not own. Not limited to fraud, pick-pockets, and burglary.
A.Legal Consequence: Two (2) days served.
B.Bail: Yes
C.Special Circumstances: Thefts against the Security Force or Royal Guard are considered especially heinous and the option of bail is removed. See Treason for Thefts against the Royalty.
4.Murder: Unlawfully ending the life of another.
A.Legal Consequence: Imprisonment until a Tribunal can be convened with possibility of summary execution.
B.Bail: No
C.Special Circumstance: A tribunal requires the presence of the following person(s): The ACSF Commander or delegated SubCommander, Two Guild Heads, and one representative from the Royal Family which can be delegated to a representative.
5.Vandalism: Destructive behavior or defacing property.
A.Legal Consequence: A minimum of a single (1) day served
B.Bail: Yes
C.Special Circumstances: Defacing Security or Royal Property doubles the time served.
6.Mayhem: Destruction of property or inciting a riot.
A.Legal Consequences: Imprisonment until a Tribunal can be convened with possibility of execution.
B.Bail: No
C.Special Circumstances: A tribunal requires the presence of the following person(s): The ACSF Commander or delegated SubCommander, Two Guild Heads, and one representative from the Royal Family which can be delegated to a representative.
7.Disorderly Conduct: Minor offenses that include blatant intoxication, threats against officials, and public nudity.
A.Legal Consequence: One (1) day served.
B.Bail: Yes
C.Special Circumstances: Option of bail removed if threats or behavior is directed against Royalty.
8.Escaping From Confinement: Fleeing from Jail.
A.Legal Consequence: Two (2) days added to the original sentence.
B.Bail: Yes
C.Special Circumstances: Option of bail removed if suspect is a repeat escapee. Destruction of property charges can apply.
9.Obstruction: Resisting Arrest, fleeing an Officer, assisting someone escape confinement, or assisting someone who is being sought after by the Law.
A.Legal Consequence: Two (2) days sentence.
B.Bail: Yes
