Charles Bovril, a Merchant in Atas'Cosita, purged through the defensive wall placed up by Crad, a local Knight, and entered into the Queen's Antechamber after being instructed and physically reprimanded to stop. Assistance was rendered by Loferien Or'Kov in this matter, and support was given during this period as the male maintained the gathering crowd, and prevented matters from getting further out of hand.
Pursuit was then rendered, and Crad entered into the AnteChamber to witness the vandalism of the Queen's Desk and an odd ritual performance wherein the body of Charles was seemingly inhabited by the spirit of the late Jark De Guernica.
When asked to identify himself, 'Charles' claimed that he was the once Jark De Guernica, returned from the Underworld. Charles voice remained the same after the incident, though there is a distinct difference in the accent of the citizen, and also the imposing mask of a Tiki-God that he wears, similar to that of the late Jark De Guernica.
This file is to be placed under that of Jark De Guernica, and not of Charles Bovril, until this matter is fully sorted out by the Commander.
According to Cositan Law, the original reading of Trespassing during the arrest is not a binding infraction. Thus, the broken law is to be considered Disorderly Conduct in place of Trespassing, and Vandalism against the Queen's personal furniture.
Under the Law, and pending approval of an ACSF Officer or the Commander, Jark is to be sentenced to 2 days of incarceration, and was locked away in the Holding Cell in the Main Building.
Signed,
Crad
