We are going through and updating the classes and adding races to our system!

This means a couple of things!

1) Some classes are being removed! If you have a character in one of these classes I will get with you, personally, and we'll figure out how to best reclass your character.

2) Removed classes are becoming Races! You are now going to be able to be a Dragon Bard.... or a Demon Champion! Races will adjust your characters BASE stats! Unfortunately this means everyone will have to choose a race! I will try to reach out to everyone, in game or via the forums, to remind you to choose your race!

Please bare with us as we make these changes!

Step 1: Select your character class from one of these two pages!
This is by far the most important step. Please understand that your class determines what feats/abilities are available to you as you level. There are no custom abilities in Atas. We have a lot of classes to give you a wide variety but understand there is no multiclassing and no substitution.

Vampire, Scion, Phoenix, Gryphon, Feral, Fae, Druid, Dragon, Demon, Citizen, or Were classes are here -


Bard, Champion, Cleric, Fighter, Jack, Monk, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Shaman, Sorcerer, and Wizard can be found here -


Open those two links in a new tab, look through them and select one that fits your style. Keep that open in a new tab.


Step 2: Open the skills page in a new tab! There are 10 total, you get to select up to 5 for your character. You can choose less, but you cannot select more later. This is set in stone, choose wisely.



Step 3: Open the character template in a new tab!



Step 4: Go to the forum page for the character class of your choice, and create a new topic



Step 5: Now we put it all together. Paste the contents of the character template from step 4 into your new post. Fill in your maximum five skills from the list in step 2. All the stats (Health, Stamina, Magic) come from the class sheet in step 1.


Step 6: The creative part!
Character background, pictures, description, this all gets filled in to your hearts desire. We all love to read a well written character description. Want to write a full length novel, a whole story instead of just a description? We have a special spot of honor for just such players, the character stories page right on the front of the forums

Character Information

Physical Description Ginjii is a tall, skinny hybrid. Dark and dull scales overlap a few plum feathers that peek out between them usually at the joints. A long mane of purple feathers and bristles start from the crown of her head, right behind two ornately curved horns, to end just below her shoulders. Her face is round and soft, eyes large and resembling embers, yet still retaining a reptilian appearance. Two pairs large, pointed ears adorn her face, looking awfully unbalanced. Snout is short and tapered gently, meeting white scaled lips filled with sharp and uniformly arranged teeth. Her neck is feathered. Wrists are covered in a soft down that acts like a sleeve, but the hands are large and clawed. Naturally, she is covered in a thick layer of scales, but her chest is unusually heavily feathered. Her wings have a few metal "feathers" in place of real ones. Feet are delicate and clawed as well, four large, black talons. Scales protectively clad them, though the ankles are heavily feathered.

Clothing Description Usually wearing a large, red top ornate with purple trimming on the bottom edge, the collar reaching above her pointed ears. It is long enough to go mid thigh, yet slits to the waist on both sides. Her pants are belted several times with four different belts, all overlapping at one point. Her pants have sewn, small holes in the thigh area, on both sides for symmetry- they are bound just above her ankles with thick leather cords. Her feet are always bare. If anything, she is usually cloaked in a large and heavy hide cloak. Around her wrists are thick bands of precious metals carved in intricate designs by her talons.

Personality Expectations Spontaneous and rather quick to speak about anything, unless she knows little in that subject. She is rather gentle with everyone, even when offended.

Character Information

The gargoyle must of been a good 8' at least. His build bulging with hardened muscle. Though draconic looking, they had their differences. His snout was shorter and wider, hooves replaced clawed feet and his wings fanned more than those of a dragon. Nothing but a black loincloth with a very gothic like design garbed the figure, keeping him decent in the public eye. Despite the somewhat monstrous appearance, his eyes held a contrasting softness within them and he carried himself with a passive gait.
